Cranberry Bliss EOTD

Products provided for free are marked with a *.
Post also contains products that were purchased by myself.

Have you ever just been totally feeling your eye makeup?! I'm sure you can tell that I was when I did this makeup! Unfortunately, I totally forgot to take a full face shot because I was so excited about it.
-_- Total fail.

Products Used:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
MAC Cranberry (lid)
Stilazzi MS16 (crease/outer corner)
Urban Decay Virgin (inner corner)
Urban Decay Sidecar (to blend)
Crown Brush Ultra Skinny Eye Marker
*Mustaev Maxi Volume Mascara
*I Make You Beautiful Lock On Lash Glue
*Elevation Lashes by Danessa Myricks - Thrive 023
Mehron Mixing Liquid (for cranberry)
I used the Mehron Mixing Liquid with Mac's Cranberry and I just love how it gave me such a gorgeous color on the lid! Usually I have to use multiple layers and it still doesn't look like this and or it fades insanely quick.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I usually can't wear false eye lashes. They give me a migraine after about 5 minutes and are way too heavy on the lid. These lashes by Elevation Lashes are AMAZING! I'm going to be doing a separate review later on down the road, but let me just say the Thrive 02 are comfortable and amazing!

Just look at them! So pretty!

Have a fantastic day!

Hello hello!

I hope that you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving if you are in the US! Mine was ....well lets just say it went from uneventful and stressful to a party! I'm slowly trying to get back into the groove of things really. I do have a list of posts to get out, especially I have a few set up for January so yay! I'm pretty excited for 2016!

I thought that this was a nice look for Thanksgiving it wasn't too out there and it combined my love of neutrals with my love of color. You can't go wrong there! Also, I must mention, the lip gloss that I wore in the post, I ACTUALLY wore out. So yeah, we are slowly getting somewhere with me wearing lip colors! *high five* Heck, I might even wear a red out for my birthday ! :O

A Makeup Lovers High End Gift Guide

My blogging BFF Jacqueline (http://clawsup.blogspot.com/) gave me the idea(s) on doing wishlist ideas. (makeup lovers, high end, drugstore, video games, etc) So I am going to try and fit them in before Hanukkah, Christmas and Kwanzaa start that way everyone can get their gifts in!

I will link to all of the places that you can find each of these gift ideas so if you'd like to buy them you have a direct link!
Benefit Cosmetics Real Sexy Steal - $24

Ulta Time to Shine 71 Piece Collection $19.99 (As of 12/1/15)

Too Faced La Petite Maison - $39

Sephora Favorites LashStash $45

Sephora Favorites Beauty Closet $99

I definitely think that this is a good jumping off point for the wishlist/gift guide thing for the season! Don't you think? I'm actually having a lot of fun trying to come up with ideas for the other guides that I am planning on doing! If you have any suggestions definitely let me know down in the comments! Also, I consider Ulta products "high end" not because of their price but because I can't go to an actual store not associated with them to buy their products. That is why there is an Ulta branded product in the mix.

Best,
Autumn

I did this eye look the other night because my Bestie Melissa had just sent me a package and I waited as long as I could to just dive in an play around with what she sent! In reality...I waited like 3 hours before I just couldn't wait any longer! That's crazy right?!

Anyways. Without further adieu....I actually did a FULL face of makeup..crazy right?! I'm going to mark the difference between the gift and press sample products. Most of it, I will warn you now was gifted to me. So thank you Mel for this post!

I haven't felt as good as I did in such a long time. I need to figure out how to properly do my eye brows, so please excuse the fact that it looks like I have two bushes on my face.

If you would like an update as to what has been going on in life and why I have been away for so long, I will gladly type a post out, but I will not be doing it unless asked because I don't want to bore you all with it.

Cranberry Smoke

I had no idea what to call this post. I asked Chris and he said "Hazel me blue"...men..especially him lol.. Silly silly.

This is a look I did the other night just out of the blue, I was going to work on some Halloween makeup looks until I realized I barely had any makeup remover, so it resulted in just ONE look for now. I know tomorrow is Halloween and I'm going to try and work on something awesome! I just hope that it works out! I need to see if I have the costume for it. >D Anyways, so this is the look I came up with! Thank you too Tricia for helping me think of a name! I was hung up on something else, but it didn't fit and Chris' definitely didn't fit at all! :P
EYES:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Wet n Wild Brulee (All over lid as well as under the eye brow)
Maybelline Color Tattoo Metals Electric Blue (All over lid as base for something a little extra)
Sugarpill Love+ (Center of lid)
Urban Decay Gash (All over lid ON TOP of Love+ as well)

Maybelline Eye Studio Eyeliner Black (front 1/2 of the lid)
L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara

FACE:
TEMPTU Pro S/B Concealer Wheel
 Lightest shade ALL over face
Maybelline Shine Free Pressed Powder 02 Soft Cameo

So for this being an on the whim look, I like how it turned out ! I used to really love doing dark looks many moons ago, and I'm starting to like them again! I would do wear this on Halloween!

Work Appropriate Eye Makeup

This isn't one of the looks that I was going to do for Halloween, but I kind of forgot to write down the list of products that I used before I jumped on the computer, so that will be the next post coming up! First I do want to show you all a perfect example of a work appropriate eye. Now, a lot of people aren't able to wear bright colored shadows to work, When I worked at Hess, we were supposed to only wear neutral shadows but luckily I had 2 managers who were totally okay with me wearing funky colors eye makeup as long as it wasn't something that would interfere with work and what not. But this example is a good one of something that could be apropriate in all kinds of settings!

On Instagram, taking pictures through the lens of my glasss has become a kind of typical thing for me. Especially since people are always asking about makeup that is appropriate for glasses. Girls/Guys wear whatever you want! It's all glasses apropriate! ..well except for maybe crazy false lashes! :P

Dem bags!
Products:
  • Too Faced Shadow Insurance
  • Urban Decay Gunmetal (crease/outer corner)
  • Urban Decay Verve (lid)
  • Urban Decay 24/7 Eye liner - Perversion
  • L'Oreal Lacquer Liner - Slate
  • Givenchy Nior Couture 4-in-1 Mascara

I REALLY love how this turned out! Then again I'm sure I've done this look pleanty of times! I'm sure you're all tired of seeing me doing neutral looks though! :P

I figured that to spice this look up a little bit I would pair it with two lip colors!
The first lip color I used was L.A. Girls Glazed Lip Paint in Hot Mess.
I think this is a gorgeous orange-y lip color that could definitely work, well for work!
The second lip color I went with is much darker and it's Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in Anita.

This is probably my darkest lip color and while I LOVE wearing it, I rarely do! Y'all know that i am NOT a lip girl, but I'm trying to change this! I applied this very lightly to give it more of a sheer look!

What do you think? Is this something that you would wear for work?! Or just wear out during the day?!

September Favorites!

Hello Hello! Welcome to my September favorites!

This post is a link-up with the Beauty Bloggers of Central Florida! I love doing link-ups with the ladies!

First up we have BFTE Cosmetics Pumpkin EVERYTHING! collection
I have been completely obsessed with all 4 colors from this collection, so I HAD to add it! I know you all are probably tired of hearing about it and I promise my review is coming soon! Unfortunately though you can't buy it anymore because it was Limited Edition. I'm sorry!

Product numero dos is Graftobian Magic Set Mixing & Lining Liquid*
I got this last year at The Makeup Show Orlando and though I had rarely used it, I've been using it loads with the above eye shadows as well as I used it to moisten my cruddy eyeliner that dried up on me. It's an awesome product!

Next up is Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Now, I was all against buying this for no particular reason other than it being expensive. I ALMOST returned it, but I'm in love with the product! It really is fantastic! Dare I say I like it better than UDPP?!

Lastly is my Givenchy Nior Couture  4-in-1 Mascara in Black Satin
Now, I know you're thinking "you were just complaining about TFSI, and you have a Givenchy mascara?!?!" Well my dears, it was a sample that I got from Sephora ages ago and have been avoiding using it because it's 1) expensive for the full sized ($32) 2)it's super luxe. This mascara though it is amazing! I would definitely shell out the $32...kinda I would probably wind up regretting it after I bought it, because this mascara is amazing. I'll do a review on it as well!

Okay, I have ONE non-makeup product. I have been absolutely obsessed with Hi-Chews.

Seriously, where have these been all of my life?! I need more!

Eye Of The Day 09-19-2014

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well!! This look is from a few days ago...okay like 5 days ago. I do have some reviews up and I will be having a full review of this entire collection coming up within the next few days, I just need to get some other reviews up and out first.

If you can't tell I have been absolutely obsessed with BFTE's Pumpkin EVERYTHING! collection. Unfortunately you can't purchase it anymore because it was a LE collection. The colors for me just embody everything that has to do with Fall. I'm going to stop gushing and leave it all for the review!

For this look I wanted to use all four shadows, so I did. >D

Products Used::
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
BFTE Cosmetics -
▫Pumpkin Everything
▫Pumpkin EVERYTHING!
▫Pumpkin Patch
▫Pumpkin Glow
Urban Decay 24/7 Liner - Demolition
Givenchy Nior Couture 4-in-1 Mascara
L'Oreal Lacquer Liner - Dark Slate

I know, 4 pictures for one eye look?! Ridiculous, but I just love how it turned out. Part of me is glad that I used the Dark Slate eyeliner instead of a regular black, I feel like it does something special for the entire look!
