My Experience with YoDerm

Sponsored

Today I am here to talk about my experience with YoDerm. You all know that I like to be upfront, so I did receive a consultation for free from YoDerm. Some of the pictures used in this post are courtesy of YoDerm and some pictures are my own. You have 8 Board Certified Dermatologists that you can choose from, however, some are only for certain locations. When you sign up and put your information in, you will be given the option between two Dermatologists that would be the best fit for you. I chose Dr.Kober who is certified in California, New York and of course Florida.

When you first sign up, you will be asked to provide medical history. For example, acne treatments you have used in the past, medical conditions you may have, if you take any prescriptions and your allergies if any. Then you move on to taking pictures of your face.
You take pictures of the right side, left side and the front of your face. You also have the option to add pictures from your back, arms, trunk(?) and "other" if you are having issues in that area.

My biggest skin care issues at the moment is the hyperpigmentation that I have as well as blackheads. You can see I don't really have pimples that much, yes I do get them occasionally. I actually had a few when I took these pictures, but you can't really see them. Sometimes it's annoying to take pictures because it can wash all of your problems away...if only right?!

Anyhoo. I was prescribed two medications. A spot treatments (Dapsone) and something to apply to my face at night (Tretinoin). Dapsone is a 5% Aczone gel and Tretinoin is a 0.05% Retinoid. Will there be a before and after picture? No.

This is what my dashboard looks like specifically. I did block out my pharmacy information, otherwise everything is readable.

I am leaving it small, if you really want to read it, I suggest making it bigger, it is quite long.

My entire experience with YoDerm was quite positive. The site is VERY easy to use and the Dermatologists are very helpful and so nice! They do also help you out if you are unable to pay for what they prescribe you! They can find you something cheaper or give you coupons if they are unable too! I love that they are able to help you in any way you need it!

My entire experience from start to finish (I have about a month until my follow-up) has been absolutely positive! It is a pretty straight forward website if you really think about it. They do also give you options for over the counter treatments. My over the counter treatment suggestions were Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash and EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Sunscreen.
I have used the Neutrogena in the past and thought it was okay, but I couldn't find the EltaMD in stores, so I think it may be online only. I stuck with my own sunscreen because I didn't feel the need to go out and purchase a new one that is actually kind of expensive.

I think my favorite part of YoDerm is the fact that it is easy to use and you get to talk to an actual dermatologist if you are unable to see one in person. While yes it isn't the same, but you still get help with your skin!

I do think that people with more severe acne or with skin worse then mine would benefit better from this website then I did. While I did benefit from it, I don't feel that I got the best benefits because my skin wasn't as bad as it has been in the past. I do suggest trying it out though!

You can sign up and go through your consultation at http://www.yoderm.com

Worth Co Beauty - Review #MyWorthMovement

Products Provided For Free For Review

You know that moment when you buy coffee because it's going to be a long night and you have so much to do and you know you're not going to be able to get any sleep? So you pour yourself a nice 16-24 ounce cup of refreshing pumpkin spice iced coffee stuff that you can buy in the stores.... Then it dawns on you after you drink half of the drink that it's freaking ESPRESSO and NOT COFFEE. Guys, I think I can hear colors. IT. IS. SHINY.

Wow, Okay. That was a wee bit crazy, wasn't it?

First off before I even start reviewing anything I want to say that I just LOVE their brand message.
Celebrating The Worth of Every Woman One Product At A Time.
If you want to read their entire statement, you can check out their Statement of Worth page HERE

I know the a product can't be measured only by what the brands message is. I will say that once I read through their website I did have some pretty high expectations for their products. Worth Co. does lip care, bath and body, candles as well as tubes which is a lip butter as well as a lip scrub. Their products range from $9.50 to $30 for the tube.

They have a whole bunch of different scents and each one has it's own name.
100% Original - Sweet Almond + Honey + Oats
Forward - Mint + Berry
Brave - Peaches + Coconut
Soul Beautiful - Verbena + Vanilla
Every Day - Lemongrass + Ginger
One of A Kind - Rose + Citrus

Forward Body Whip - $21
At first, I wasn't sure what to think about this. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it because I had products similar in the past that were extremely greasy feeling on the skin. Let me just say, this is lovely on the skin! It starts to instantly melt into the skin and it feels luscious.  I love that this is not greasy at all.

I have pretty dry elbows, to the point that they hurt and this is the only thing that I've found that will actually help my desert elbows. I've also used this on my dry feet and it helps quite a bit.
The one way that I love using this is right as I get out of the shower, before I dry off I will apply this all over my body and I let it soak in and oh my goodness! Baby soft skin! It's quite lovely.
Scent wise, I am so in love with this scent! I don't know what it is about this but it makes me very happy. It's just something about the mint and the berries that reminds me of happy times. I can't place exactly what it makes me think of, but it's such an amazing scent. Definitely a favorite!

100% Original Body Scrub - $22
Body scrubs are not something that I usually go for. I don't know why, but they're usually so abrasive on my skin that I tend to just avoid them. The brown sugar crystals and the jojoba beads that are in this are extremely gentle on the skin. It gets off all of the dead skin and it also moisturises your skin at the same time! It is a double whammy because of all of the yummy stuff that is in this.
This probably is the scent that I am attracted to the most. I don't know what it is about Sweet Almond Oil, or just almond oil in general but it is something that I love deeply. Slap this baby into a perfume and I will wear it for life!

100% Original Lip Scrub - $16
Lip scrubs are something that I'm typically not familiar with because I try and keep my lips from getting chapped. Luckily for me, this came at the perfect time because I had just gotten over being sick and my lips were awful. This is a sugar based scrub and the one thing that I greatly enjoy and appreciate with this scrub is that it has just enough abrasiveness to slosh off all of the dead skin on your lips, but it extremely gentle. It also is very moisturizing, so you don't really need to apply a heavy lip balm after using this.
The scent of this is different then the body scrub, even though they are from the same scent line. I really couldn't figure out the scent of this at first. I sat there just smelling this and trying to figure out what the heck the smell was. It's one of those familiar scents, but you just can't place it. Then it finally came to me! It's honey! You know...from the whole sweet almond, honey, oats dealio? I don't know why it didn't click at first! This doesn't smell like your run of the mill grocery store honey though, at least not to me. Years ago we were gifted this GIANT tub of natural honey that came from South America that had a huge piece of honey comb in it and it was thick, dark and luscious. THAT is exactly what it smells like.

All in all my expectations were greatly exceeded with all three products from Worth Co.! They are all luscious and amazing. I'm honestly really surprised with these, the last time I tried to use body care items they were just purely awful. These though have renewed my spirits in wanting to go back out and try more products! I definitely want to try out their Lip Rubs, because we all know how obsessed with lip balms that I am! Their candles are definitely worth checking out also!

Worth Co. is definitely a 10/10 company with their products and packaging. I mean, you can't get any cuter than that! Check out their website as well as all of their other links!

Christie Brinkley Close Up Instant Wrinkle Repair Reducer and Treatment

iFabbo Member / Press Sample

Hello Lovelies ! I hope you are having an amazing weekend!

Today's post is all about the Christie Brinkley Close Up Instant Wrinkle Repair Reducer and Treatment... ... Can we just talk about how much of a mouthful that is first? Like dang that's a long product name. Anyways, anyone who knows me, knows that I don't particularaly have a skincare routine. It's pretty lax and depressing if you think about it.

I originally thought that this was going to be a primer, since that is what it said on the website, but I am okay with the fact that this is what it is.

The website says;;
Get camera ready in a flash! An instant treatment that tightens the look of skin while firming and smoothing the appearance of crow's feet, fine lines, and wrinkles. Use around eyes, mouth and on forehead to erase years from your appearance.

Now, I have only use this around my eyes because, lets be honest, I am a squinter so I've got some fine lines and wrinkles already at 24 years old.

Product Claims;;
  • Immediate sensation of tighter and smoother-looking skin.
  • Smooth under-eye bags and puffiness.
  • Tightens skin on contact and takes years off appearance.
Honestly, I'm super impressed with this. I don't typically get under eye bags, even with as late as I go to bed. (thanks insomnia!) Lately, I've had some gnarly ones though that I have been using this for. This product smooths my under eye area and makes my bags and lines disappear! I thought at first that I was really going to hate this product, just because I didn't expect it to live up to any of the claims that it claimed.

I haven't really noticed any "reductions" of lines or anything when I am not wearing it, but when I do wear it, it's magical. Plus, it helps my under eye area feel moisturized, which it always a plus for me. Another thing that I like it that it can be applied throughout the day if it is needed and it can even be applied over your makeup. I will say I've only applied this maybe twice a day if I remember, and I've never applied it over foundation because I am one of those people that once I put my makeup on, I don't bother with it until I take it off. But I do like the option to do that if it is needed.

As for the whole "taking years off of your appearance", I will say that I didn't notice it taking any years off. Maybe hours because I actually looked like I had gotten some sleep and wasn't a squinter. When you use this, it makes your under eye area feel smooth and soft like baby skin, which is lovely when you think about it. The amount you see in the above picture is actually enough for at least 2-3 uses, you do not need much of this at all!

In the picture, on the left side I have no product on my eye and on the right I have product on.
You can tell that there is a difference, granted, it isn't a HUGE difference, but it's at least a difference. Once you were to put some makeup on, you wouldn't even see any bags. I will say that it didn't make an exceptional difference in this picture because I took this after a pretty hard night of drinking with my cousin, so there's that. I've got bags for days because I didn't sleep that great. On a typical day when I use this, the bags do completely disappear.

In the end, I am pretty impressed with this product. What I will say that I am NOT impressed about is the price. This little 0.33oz tube costs $79.95. That. Is. Ridiculous. That really is the only downfall of this product because it's such a small amount for such a high price. For the price alone is why I wouldn't recommend this, but it is such a great product that I can recommend it because of what it does. Would I buy this after reading reviews? No because I don't have that much money to spend on one small thing. But that is me.

Have a great day!
Autumn

Dermalogica PreCleanse Oil & Wipes Review & Video

iFabbo
Hello Lovelies!

Todayy we have a review of Dermalogica's PreCleanse Oil & Wipes.
I've been testing both products out for quite a while now and actually have a video where I demo the Wipes on my YouTube channel, which you can find at the end of the post

What is a PreCleanse? Well, it's exactly what it sounds like. It's Pre-Cleansing your face with an oil to help get rid of your makeup of the day, sebum, environmental yuckies that are on your skin and what not.  You then cleanse your face with either your usual cleanser or the cleanser that was suggested you use from Dermalogica. It's also called a Double Cleanse.
What these products do : Deep-cleansing oil melts impurities and make-up from skin. As the first step in your Double Cleanse regimen, PreCleanse thoroughly melts away layers of excess sebum (oil), sunscreen, waterproof make-up, pollutants and products that build up on skin, allowing your prescribed Dermalogica Cleanser to penetrate even further for professional cleansing results.

Now I've actually double cleansed my face in the past, but it was with an acne face wash and a exfoliator, so that didn't exactly help get rid of my makeup.. It actually never broke up my makeup or helped take it off, I always had to use makeup remover before and sometimes usually after.

The Dermlogica PreCleanse Oil, kind of intimidated me. If you've been around here for a while, you know how terrified I am of putting oils on my face, regardless of how it's supposed to help or what not. BUT I sucked up my fears so I could give you all a proper review!  Let me just say, I don't know what I was doing before, being afraid of using cleansing oils and what not! This has totally changed my life and my makeup removing game.

I use this in the shower at the end of the night, because that's when I usually wash my face. Now, I don't wear a full face of makeup often, it's become a rarity only for events or for blog posts. I just don't like the way foundations feel on my face, but I applied one just to test it's promise to remove makeup. I also ended up wearing like 4 coats of mascara. It was a ridiculous day to say the least!

The oil took off the greatest majority of the makeup. There was some risidual makeup I was amazed! Chris was even amazed how I didn't look like a raccoon when I got out of the shower. I'm actually really pleased with this product, you don't need a lot of it at all, so when I run out I plan on purchasing more.
Watch my Review/Demo of the Precleanse wipes below!

You can purchase the PreCleanse Set > http://bit.ly/dermalogicaprecleanse  < for $56,

If you don't want the set, and you  want to buy only one of the products you can actually click the same link and go to the bottom of the page. You'll be able to add individual products to your shopping cart.

As per what I said in the video, I do actually like the wipes a bit mre then just the oil because I can scrub and get the eye makeup off better than just with the oil and my fingertips.

Radical Skincare Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads

Press Sample

I've been using this product for a good month or two so I feel that I can properly give my opinions on it! I'm sure you remember me reviewing Radical Skincare Instant Revitalizing Mask (here) When i had the chance to try out their Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads, you know I had to jump at the chance!

In the jar you get 60 pads, which is enough for 2 months of use, if you use them every night. The product itself retails for $75 and is available on Sephora.com. I know you're probably like "holy heck Autumn!" I know I'm typically a very frugal person, but I feel that skincare is something that you shouldn't skimp on. Use what works for you, regardless of if it's drugstore or high end. Everyone has their preferences.

When this arrived in my mail box I wish you all could have seen my face when I found out/realized it had glycolic acid in it! I READ about the product but I didn't read into the ingredients. Don't ask my why I didn't look into them. Bahah. I'm a huge fan of glycolic acid and have used products that contained it in the past.

This product contains;;
-Alpha Hydroxy Acids: Help prepare the skin for absorption of active ingredients; helps exfoliate the upper layers of dead skin while increasing penetration of other ingredients.
-Willow Bark: Helps clarify pores while reducing oily build-up on skin.
-Witch Hazel: Works as a mild astringent to keep skin surface clean.
-Osilift: Tones and smooths the skin; reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

This product does more than tone your skin! I'm so amazed with the results that I've gotten. My skin has been softer, my pores have been really clean! Especially the ones on my nose where I've got an insane amount of black heads! This product has GREATLY reduced the amount of black heads that I have/get and I am so excited! I've not found a product that has worked on blackheads like this! This isn't even a product specifically for blackheads and it works amazingly! I've definitely noticed good changes in my skin. I don't get as oily and my face doesn't get as gross as it normally goes after one days. I've even had less breakouts!! Whhhaaattt?! No joke!

Now this also helps with fine lines, I'm 23 and I've got some lines around the edges of my eyes from squinting and I've seen a huge difference in them! You can barely see them anymore so I'm pretty dang impressed. I did notice a little burning when I used this the first time, but it wasn't unbearable and it subsided rather quickly. This product is good for people who have sensitive skin as well, so I don't think you'll have any burning sensations like I did. My face typically reacts like that with the first use of a new product.

All in all, for the price, this product is amazing! Myself personally, I feel that this product lived up too all of it's claims so I am a happy camper. This does have a light citrus scent too it and it's rather nice, when you can smell it. I don't find that it's super noticeable. I use one pad a couple of times a week, I don't use it every night because some nights I don't feel the need for it. I just read some reviews where some people do this as well, so it's good to know that I am not alone! This product does NOT contain Parabens, Sulfates and Phthalates.

Ingredients: Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Glycolic Acid, Butylene Glycol, Alcohol Denat., Vaccinium Myrtillus Fruit Extract, Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Seed Extract, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract, Salicylic Acid, Centella Asiatica Extract, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Allantoin, Echinacea Purpurea Extract, Resveratrol, Malus Domestica Fruit Cell Culture Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract, Polysorbate 20, Sodium Pca, Propylene Glycol, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Acer Saccharum (Sugar Maple) Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Citrus Reticulata (Tangerine) Peel Oil, Sodium Benzoate, Xanthan Gum, Glycerin, Lecithin, Limonene, Linalool.

Radical Skincare Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads are available at Sephora.com and retail for $75 for 60 pads. It is availabe in the US AND Canada on Sephora.com!

Radical Skincare Youth Infusion Serum -Review

PR Sample/Actual Sample

Did you notice that it says PR sample/Actual Sample, that's because it was sent too me with the Radical Skincare Instant Revitalizing Mask that I reviewed previously. The only reason I didn't review it then is because I wanted to test it a little while longer.

I don't know why but I am just not that into serums, I'm weird I guess. Actually I had a bad experience with a serum once and it turned me off on all serums. When I saw these foil packets with the Instant Revitalizing Mask, I was a bit skeptical. Foil packets aren't my favorite thing because I tend to open them then forget about them. Let me tell you, after using the Youth Infusion Serum a couple of times, I definitely ate my words! I actually really like this serum and it is the perfect thing to wear after using the mask!

Now, we all know that I hate not using my own pictures but unfortunately I don't have an actual pictures of the packaging because it was a sample packet. This product is very expensive at $170 for 1fl oz. It's definitely an investment product.
Unfortunately my picture of the foil packet disappeared as well, so I'm extra disappointed that I don't have my own picture. Enough griping Autumn!

I've not broken out from using this, I've not gotten extra oily or anything! I'm really surprised because my skin really hate new products. You also get the perfect amount of hydration and the foil packet alone will give you at least 5+ uses because you need about a pea sized amount of smaller. When I say a little goes a long way I really mean it! I usually apply this after I used the mask, so my skin feels a lot smoother and it definitely looks very hydrated, which heck even for us oily skinned girls is awesome!

You can purchase the Youth Infusion Serum HERE
What do you think? Worth the investment?

Simple Foaming Cleanser

Gift from my Sister

I hope that everyone is having a fantastic Tuesday (or whatever day you are reading this on)!!
My weekend was actually just meh then I definitely had a GIANT case of the Monday blues. It was really tough for me. My Aunt isn't doing too well so I've been dwelling on that the past few days.  Onto happier things though.

My Sister gave this to me because she had a BOGO coupon and wasn't going to use this one and she didn't want it sitting around. I've used a couple of Simple products before and the only one that has slightly impressed me was the liquid makeup remover. Everything else just hasn't agreed with my skin

I actually did not have high hopes for this because as of late, if it isn't made for acne prone skin it breaks me out. This hasn't broken me out as of yet. I do have a couple of pimples but I keep forgetting to put this back in the shower. Sometimes I swear I'm an absentminded dodo bird.

You don't need a full pump of this, half a pump actually could be too much. I guess it all really depends on how much you want to use. I use maybe half a pump and that is enough for my face.  This is also not drying at all, I do have oily skin but that doesn't matter, if a cleanser is drying you know it's drying no matter your skin type. Like I said above this hasn't broken my skin out either which I am thankful for. A lot of stuff breaks my skin out and this doesn't. This also doesn't aggravate the sensitive parts of my face either, so all in all I feel that this is a fantastic face wash. I've been using it for a good two months and you can see that there still is about 90% left of it, which is pretty sweet.

You can purchase this for $7.99 at Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Target really anywhere that sells Simple Products.

Hyd For Men Trio

PR Samples
Hola everyone! I am so sorry this took forever to get up. Getting Chris to give his opinion on something is like pulling teeth! Then, my laptop broke and I was without that and the pictures were on the laptop. Totally bogus past couple of months I have been having! Bah, but without further adieu lets get on with it!

Hyd For Men sells everything else you might need for that clean and close shave. I decided to grab these from the iFabbo shop for Chris, because I figure what the heck, why not?! He needs to shake up his routine a little bit.

Shave Cream
Not only did Chris use this but I did as well. I wanted to test it from a womens perspective.
Chris said that the first time he used this, it didn't lather up on his face at all and it wound up clogging the razor blades. Not only that but he also wound up nicking his face in a couple of places. He's going to give it a couple more shots, but right now he doesn't have much of a good opinion on it. He thinks it is because his facial hair is so thick that the cream just doesn't do much for him. He normally uses foams on his face.

Myself personally, I really like this. Not only does it smell absolutely AMAZING (think orange creamsicle), but it's one of the nicest shave creams that I have ever used. It's pretty dang luxurious. I've used this quite a few times and I got such a close shave that it was like I waxed, but without the pain. My skin also felt extremely moisturized! Just wow, I really love this. But in the end, I probably wouldn't purchase this even with as much as I liked it. It's kind of expensive for a shave cream to be completely honest. I normally just use my conditioner or a body wash.
Retails for $12.99 for 150 mL

Ingredients: Aqua (Deionized Water), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf (Aloe Vera Gel) Juice,Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine,Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearic Acid, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Sodium Polyacrylate, Isopropyl Palmitate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Leaf Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Mineral Oil, Hydrolyzed Wheat Proteins, Hydrolyzed Wheat Proteins, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin-E), Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Camellia Sinensis Leaf (Green Tea) Extract, Dimethicone, Sodium Stearate, Citrus Aurantium (Orange) Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Carbomer, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Aceteyl Hexapeptide-8, Titanium Dioxide, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin

Buffer Stick

Chris said that this was nice, but he forgot to use it most of the time. He did notice that it helped reduce the amount of ingrown hair he gets. The hair on his face is extremely thick and coarse. In the end he said he wouldn't pay the $24.99 for it because it wasn't that important in his routine. He felt that it was a bit more money than he was willing to part with. He also mentioned that it looked like it had glitter in it and he didn't want to look like a sparkly vampire.

Retails for $24.99
Ingredients: Propylene Glycol, Aluminum Oxide, Nonyl Nonoxynol-150, Water, Sodium Stearate, Dipropylene Glycol, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan), Retinyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Seed Oil, Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract, Ferocactus Wislizenii (Cactus) Extract, Orchis Maculata Flower Extract, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Arctostaphylos Uva-Ursi (Bearberry) Leaf Extract, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Hydroxyphenyl Propamidobenzoic Acid, Caffeine, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Pentylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Lauryl Methacrylate/Glycol Dimethacrylate Crosspolymer, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, PVP, Trihydroxystearin, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol

Razor Shield

This is the only product we didn't test, so neither of us can really attest to how it works. Chris normally uses an electric razor and you can't use this on electric razors. While he thinks that when he does go back to regular manual razors he will give this a go in the hopes of saving some money because we all know how expensive razor blades are.

Retails: Classic 15mL (shown) $17.99 - Starter 5mL $6.99

Ingredients: Helianthus Annus (Sunflower) Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf (Aloe Vera Gel) Juice, Petrolatum, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Isopropyl Palmitate, BHT, Simmondsia Chinesis (Jojoba) Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Australian Tea Tree Oil)

In the end, none of the products were really a big hit with Chris, which really stinks. I had high hopes for these. I'll continue using the shave cream but I'm not sure what to do with the rest of it. I know I'll find something to do with them so they don't sit around. I do feel quite bad that these didn't work out.

My Thoughts:
This serum is nice, but I feel that it definitely would be better suited for people with dryer skin. Since I have oily skin I don't think that this is completely perfect for me. While I do really think that this is fantastic, it just did not agree with my skin. I actually felt that it made me a bit more oily. I used this at night because I felt that it would suit me better than using it twice a day. When I woke up my skin felt nice and silky, but it was a bit greasy.

I do really like that this isn't weighted down with ingredients, I mean 4! That is pretty awesome! I feel that this is priced reasonably considering what it does. Although it did make my skin feel nice, I just don't think it's for me.

As per the packaging... I'm kind eh about it. I'm not an insane fan of the dropper because if you aren't insanely careful you will get too much. Other than that it is okay.

Disclaimer; I was sent this product for free from iFabbo for OWN.

Grand Central Beauty Skin Perfecting™ Polisher

Hello everyone! Today for you I have a review of Grand Central Beauty's Skin Perfecting™ Polisher! This is one of their newest products to hit the shelves. It came out recently back in February! This product exfoliates, peels and tones the skin in ONE step! How awesome is that?!
This product is made with fruit acids, botanical's and polishing beads. This product is the first of it's kind so that is a very exciting thing in general! This is also for all skin types.

This retails for $38 for 1.6fl oz (30mL) It seems like a lot of money BUT you only needs a small amount. So this is definitely worth the money and it definitely will go a long way.

Relogy Skincare Review

I received this product from iFabbo for Relogy for free. I am not being paid nor am I affiliated with either companies.

When I first received these products, I decided to keep a very open mind. I didn't want to read reviews or opinions on it, because I wanted to test it without having any expectations.

Relogy is a skincare system for acne prone skin. Holla! I have been suffering with acne since I was young. I've tried every drugstore acne brand there is and nothing really worked for me. I've tried a couple of high end brands as well and while they did work for my skin I hated the price of them. Now I am going to be upfront with you and tell you that this retails for $49.95! Ugh, you should have seen my face when I saw that. Now you do get three things with that $50. You get a rinse--free treatment foam, Skin balancing lotion and you get a spot treatment pen. Three things for $50 isn't that bad, but it still kills me to think about it. While I'm not fond (at all) of the price, I do have to say that I love the products.

Formula 10.0.6 Seriously Shine Free Mattifying Oil-Free Moisturizer

Is allergy season starting anywhere else in the world besides Florida? It's only the VERY beginning of March and allergy season has started. The sheer amount of pollen..it's knocking me off my game, especially being allergic to ever-single-thing-outdoors..which is why this review is up late! D:

First, the sheer name of this product is a mouthful! Sheesh! :P
I had heard about this company before on another blog, but for the life of me I can't remember which one! Shame on me. While roaming Ulta the last time I was there I stumbled upon their products. I literally SAT on the floor of Ulta starring and trying to decide if I wanted this moisturizer or one from another company. I was sitting there for a good 10 minutes, poor Chris! :P The moisturizer sounded better than the other one that I had in my hand and I decided to take the risk and try something new with my skincare. I mean, why not? Life is too short to play everything safe.

This moisturizer claims to get a matte finish to the skin when it is applied. It does to a point. It doesn't completely mattify all of the places on my face, but ya know, I'm okay with that. I don't need an entirely matte face, and if I did, that is what a foundation is for. This is also supposed to keep you shine free for the entire day, but we will get into that in a minute. Formula 10.0.6 uses bamboo extract to help absorb the extra sebum (that's what the oil is called) on your face and it also has Aloe Very to help soften your skin.

As per the all day shine-free, I really don't believe that it holds up to that. I do get a few hours of shine-free-ness, maybe 4 at the most but it's not all day. If I really wanted an all day matte face though, like I said earlier I would use a foundation or I would use this in conjunction with other mattifying products. The bamboo extract does an extremely good job of soaking up the extra sebum in my more oily place (like my nose and cheeks) and I definitely can tell a difference with the aloe vera.

I do think that this is a bloody fan-freaking-tastic moisturizer though! Heck, my Mum even likes it and that is really saying something. She doesn't like much. I really do feel that this does help balance the sebum on my face better than the moisturizers that I have used in the past. Boy o boy my face does appreciate this, especially with my face having developed some dry spots. It does say to avoid the eye area with this, but I don't have any issues with using it there. Even though I don't suggest it, because it does warn against it. I've got an eye cream I am testing out, so definitely no more putting this on the eyes for me! :P (even though it does a fantastic job on my oily lids!)

Oh! For how it smells, to me it smells like a regular moisturizer. It doesn't really have a strong scent at all, at least nothing that lingers. It's not even noticeable unless you actually smell it. (guilty) This also will last you a long while because you definitely do not need much at all!

This retails for $6.99
2.54 fl. oz (75 mL)

I think that is a FANTASTIC prices for a drugstore moisturizer, especially with it working as well as it does. This can be purchased at Ulta or on Ulta.com .
You can also purchase it on the Formula 10.0.6 website http://products.formula1006.com/

Formula 10.0.6 is cruelty free, even though there is nothing printed on their packaging. Since it is an Australian company, animal testing is illegal there. They don't have print the cruelty free logo on their products and they choose not to put it on their packaging. That is coming from their facebook page.

Aveeno Ultra-Calming Makeup Removing Wipes

Hello Dolls!

This is a review of a product I received from Klout a WHILE back. I've been using and testing the product out extensively.. Considering the entire package was gone. I wanted to make sure I could give you a really good review of them. As of anything else I get from Klout, I got it sent to me for free. I am not affiliated with Klout of Aveeno, nor am I being sponsored or paid to do this review. All opinions are my own, so lets just jump right into it!

Now, I was excited when I saw that I was able to try these. I have been looking for a good makeup removing wipe for a while that wont break the bank, or break my skin out. So needless to say, I was excited when I got these in the mail. These wipes are not exactly cheap I guess, I didn't realize that until I checked their price in the store. They retail for around $6.99 for 25 wipes. Now the price varies depending on where you live, but this is the price for them where I live. Yikes! I couldn't believe it!

These wipes are Noncomedogenic (wont clog your pores), "Oil-Free", ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested. Meaning it is safe to use around your eyes and safe to use on your skin. NOW, as you might have noticed oil-free is in quotation marks. Why? Well, I swear to you that these were/are the greasiest makeup wipes I have EVER used. I swear it felt like I was just smearing oil on my face, it was horrid and my face did not feel clean at all. Yes, it did get my makeup off but the greasy feeling was way too much for me. After I used these I had to immediately wash my face afterwards or I broke out. Kind of goes against the Noncomedogenic claims, but that is just my skin.

These wipes are targeted towards people with sensitive skin, which I tend to have. I have a little mix of ALL the bloody skin types. That is a fun thing to deal with! Anyways, I just really.. I just couldn't get into them. YES, I did use them up because I am not going to waste them, I just figured out to wash my face immediately after. I didn't feel like it removed the oil as they claimed to do because they just made my face MORE oily. I am just on the fence about these to be honest. They weren't that great at getting the makeup off, if I wanted to get my makeup TOTALLY off, I had to use two wipes.

I know some people love these and some people hate these, which is why I am on the fence. Personally for me though, these are a no-go. I can not recommend these at all. I have tried other Aveeno products before and they were all fantastic, but this one just falls flat for me. :( Which stinks because Aveeno is a lovely skin care company!

Have you tried this before? What was YOUR opinion of it?!

Targets Fall Beauty Bag - The Last one!?

Hello loves!

This bag came as a total surprise to me because I honestly forgot that it was coming! Shame on me.. well kinda.

Target was doing another Beauty Bag on their Target Style page and advertised this as being their very last bag. I'm not sure how many they did, but this is my 3rd one. Boy did these babies go quick though! They were all gone within the first 3 hours that they advertised it! Crazy. So I did get this bag for free and it contains samples of products. Exciting Hm?

Well, this one, I wasnt too crazy about. I'm thankful that I got them, but I am just not crazy about foil packets!  The bag itself is a Cheetah or leopard print bag. It kind of feels like plastic.. I can't think of the name of the specific material of it, but the outside will be easy to clean if it ever gets dirty. This is another SOHO London New York bag. Its very cute, even though animal print is not my thing.

The inside had the typical coupon book, which for me might actually come in handy this time because I need to get a thing or two for the wedding still.  Onto the samples!

The first one is a little carded foil packet of the Pixi Flawless Beauty Primer. Now I wont be able to try this out until after the wedding because I don't want it to cause any breakouts. I'm dealing with a few already, don't need more.

The next foil packet was Jergens Daily Moisture. It is a dry skin moisturizer, and I believe it is a body moisturizer but don't quote me it doesn't say that. Just says 24 hour hydration for noticeably smoother skin. BUT I don't think I have ever seen Jergens for the face. I do have some dry skin so this will come in handy. :)

The next products are ALL hair products. I am pretty set in my hair care ish right now, but I am sure they will come in handy soon! Heck, I know ONE of them will!

The one I am talking about is a foil packet of Clear scalp & hair therapy total care shampoo and conditioner. Now I already used the Clear line, heck I even use this specific shampoo and conditioner. There is enough for two uses if you use only half. I'm thinking of letting my parents try this sample because they have been on the hunt for a good shampoo and conditioner as well. (as long as my grandmother doesn't use it on the dog again)

The next is another shampoo and conditioner, but this time it is from Fekkai. I have never used their products but these are the Shea Butter moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Says smooths and defrizzes, rich hydration and smooth detangling. Hmz, we will have to see about this one!

The last set is a trio of products. (foil packet) It is from the L'Oreal EverCreme sulfate free line. They give you the shampoo, conditioner, and a deep nourishing mask. I have been wanting to try products from this line, but once again, it is going to have to wait until after the wedding because I don't want to change anything up and something go wacky on me. Definitely not needed right now. Lol

All in all, I say that this was an okay bag. I'm not doing to throw a hissy because it is all foil samples because I 1. got it for free and 2. it really isn't that big of a deal to me. The foil packets are just kind of annoying to me. Unfortunately Target Style did say that this was going to be their last Beauty Bag. They were having a lot of problems with people trying to get 2 or more and some went missing and people were just being catty about free samples. So I totally understand why Target is no longer doing it!

But, that was the Fall Target Beauty Bag! I hope you all enjoyed and if you got one, let me know what you thought of it!
