FOTD #9

Hello Beautiful!


Today was just one of those days honestly. It basically consisted of a LOT of sleep, trying to get all of the Benadryl out of my system. My face also is a little rashy looking, which is just meh. I'm not enthused, but I'm not worried, I guess I need to do another oatmeal face mask! If you want to see what it consists of (3 things for real) and what not and how to make it let me know! It really helped last night!

Anypoodles, I was just playing with some stuff today, I did kind of my "every day" eye but I used different products. =^_^=  I also am going to add to pictures, they go with the FOTD but they also have a story behind them. Lol.

This is the first picture with a story LOL

Ladies, this is what happens when you try and apply a thick coat of mascara. It gets all over your eyes, so definitely be careful! I didn't realize it happened until I was watermarking the picture! Bah.
Like a dope, I don't have any pictures with my eye closed to "see" everything better, but you get the idea of what it looks like anyways.

This is the other picture that has a story. Basically, I want you all to get a jist of what my skin looks like. If you look at the top picture to this picture, there is a huge difference. I DO NOT edit my pictures AT ALL the only type of "editing" I do is watermarking them, that is it! Between my lighting and my camera it makes my skin look a whole hell of a lot better.  My skin is no where near perfect. You can tell that I have quite a bit of discoloration on my skin. My skin looks crazy dark, but that's just a shadow. It is red-ish though. I've got quite a lot of acne scarring from when I was in high school. (I'll have to find an old picture to show you my face at it's worst) The story behind this picture is I want you to embrace your skin and embrace YOUR BEAUTY. Honestly, I rarely wear foundation anymore. I'll slap on my Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, to make my face less shiny, that's a really minimal coverage powder...let me rephrase you get almost NO coverage from it. Which is why I use it. The only time I really wear foundation anymore is if it's a special occasion. IE family event where everyone is dressing up, Chris and I are going on a date, The Central Florida Beauty Bloggers meetups, etc you get the idea. When I was in HS I hid my skin and wore what felt like a pound of makeup, between poorly put on foundation and powder foundation. (my skin HATED it) I'm not saying stop wearing makeup, HELLO cause I wont LOL. That would be hypocritical of me. All I am saying is just embrace your skin, etc. I think a woman is beautiful with and without makeup, as long as she doesn't look like Bozo. You do what is comfortable for YOU. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. If you like wearing foundation, etc that covers everything, girl you go ahead and do that. There's too much hate in the world and within the beauty industry. You do one thing wrong and the haters are like flies on shit. That's why in my FOTD's I never have much on my face save for my MB or Stay matte.

But don't let 'em say you ain't beautiful, oh

They can all get fucked.
