    My favorite holiday memory is when I was 5, and Santa brought me a Nintendo.... and I knew it must have been him because there was no way in hell my mom could have afforded to buy one.

    My favourite holiday memory is when I got a paint by numbers of a little girl in wellies and a spotty dress with a spotty umbrella. I loved paint by numbers!

    Oh my gosh! You baked on Christmas Eve?! It would have been to hectic for my family to do that. We always wound up baking the entire week before Christmas. It was crazy! I love that idea though!

    we have this tradition which is best holiday memory (every year memory) for me too - christmas eve dinner. i just love the spirit and magic of it. it's unexplainable. it's like best Christmas present - to have this dinner and feel this amazing people around.

    I LOVED doing that as a kid! Around here though in the past few years no one decorates much anymore, it's really a shame!
