China Glaze Textured Skittle Part 1

Hello everyone!
If you ready Nail blogs I am sure that you have seen Let Them Have Polish!'s China Glaze Textured Skittle Manicure that she did in May. When I saw her Mani, I was like "Uhm yes, I need these polishes!" She totally sold me on the entire Textured line that China Glaze put out.

The China Glaze Textured polishes are different than most other textured polishes because these are cream instead of having glitter. I know Milani has cream ones, but I doubt I will buy those.

Left To Right - Of Coarse! , Bump&Grind , In The Rough

Out of the 3 polishes, Of Coarse! and Bump & Grind were more opaque than In the Rough. I probably should have done a 3rd coat of ITR buuuut as soon as I started applying these, I KNEW I didn't like that. I don't know why, but I'm just not a fan of the cream ones. I had some pulling with ITR as you will be able to tell in some of the other pictures.

Of Coarse! is a bright blue.
Bump&Grind is a bright raspberry.
In The Rough is a gorgeous Chartreuse.

I've been really into chartreuse polishes lately, I have quite a few.

These polishes are definitely bright a summery and I think they are crazy pretty, if you were to take the textured aspect out, I would wear these like crazy. I've heard these have a pretty cruddy wear time, but I can't comment on that since I didn't have them on long, not only that, but polish doesn't really wear well for me anyways. damn these nails!!

I know my cuticles and fingers look pretty jacked up, but I've been doing yard work and other various things. :P I tried to clean up as best as I could, but I didn't try that hard since I knew I was going to take it right off.

I can say that these polishes are absolutely gorgeous, but I'm just not a fan of them on. Of Coarse! and Bump&Grind are both definitely very saturated colors. All three polishes also dried pretty quick, like most other textures.

What do you think about the whole textured trend?
